These terms apply when you use the Classic Chair Barbershop website, or receive services at our shop at 16640 Yonge St, Newmarket, ON L3Y 4V8. By using the website or our services, you agree to these terms.

Walk-ins

• Classic Chair Barbershop is walk-in only. We do not take appointments or online bookings; clients are served in order of arrival as a barber becomes available.
• Wait times vary depending on how busy the shop is. Check our hours before you come by.
• If you'd like to check today's wait before heading over, you're welcome to call us at (647) 515-9289.

Services

• Our barbers will do their best to give you the look you ask for. Results depend on your hair type, condition and growth, so we can't guarantee a specific outcome.
• Please tell your barber about any allergies, skin sensitivities, scalp conditions or medical conditions before your service, especially before shaves.
• If you're unhappy with your service, let us know before you leave or contact us within a few days, and we'll do what we reasonably can to make it right.
• We may refuse or stop a service if it isn't safe to continue, for example because of a visible skin or scalp condition, or if a client behaves in an abusive or unsafe way.
• Young children should be accompanied by a parent or guardian for their whole visit.

Payment

Payment is due when your service is finished. Services and prices may change at any time without notice. Prices are shown in the shop on the day of your visit; no pricing is listed on this website.

Using this website

• We work to keep the information on this website, including hours and services, accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice. Call the shop if you need to confirm anything before your visit.
• The Classic Chair Barbershop name, logo, photos and other content on this website belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
• You agree not to misuse the website, including by trying to interfere with how it works or to access it in unauthorized ways.

Third-party links and services

This website links to and uses services from other companies, including Google Maps for directions and, where linked, our social media profiles. We're not responsible for their content, availability or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
